Additional Conditions
1. Be an active supporter/participant in the local Pub Watch scheme. 2. A PASS accredited ID scheme is to be in place. 3. There are to be no irresponsible drinks promotion. 4. A zero tolerance drugs promotion is to be in place. 5. All escape routes and exits are to be maintained so as to not cause hindrance in the event of evacuation. 6. Signs must be posted at exits asking customers to leave quietly and respect local residents. 7. Door supervisors are to be instructed to ensure customers do not leave with open bottles or glasses. 8. Doors and windows are to be kept closed when entertainment is in progress. 9. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and on the premises for the purposes of dining. No children are allowed after 21:00 hours. 10. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 11. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environmental and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which is not less than 20% of the capacity on a 0.4m²/person as the designated dance floor and dancing must not take place in tat area unless approved by the authority. 12. The Beer Garden will close to customers for the purposes of consumption of alcohol at 23:00 hours. 13. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises except for authorised gaming machines.
