1. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 2. Access to the premises shall be limited to residents and bona fide guests only. 3. No children allowed on complex unless they are the guests of a resident and are accompanied and supervised by a person 18 years or over. 4. Intoxicating liquor shall only be sold or supplied in the areas edged red on the plans. 5. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 6. There shall be no sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises except in sealed vessels. 7. There shall be no amusement with prize machines, pool table, video machines, skill with prize machines, pin ball machines on the premises. 8. The primary use of the premises shall be as a dining room and lounge area for residents of the Riverside Suite. The licence will lapse if this ceases to be the case.
