Additional Conditions
CCTV will be maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. When live or recorded music is played, all reasonable steps are taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties. Persons under the age of 18 are only allowed on the premises if accompanied by an adult. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the Justices Club Registration Certificate including those specified at Appendix 1.
