1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2.A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police is / or will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention of crime and disorder. 3.The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises will be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 4.Notices to be displayed in store that it is an offence for under 18s to purchase alcohol. 5.The store is fitted with a panic button for staff to press in cases of emergency. 6.The store is fitted with a burglar alarm. 7.The requirements of the fire officer to be complied with. 8.No deliveries to take place between the hours of 23:00 and 06:00 hours the following day. 9.Think 21 scheme is in place and notices of this to be prominently displayed within the store. 10.Electronic till prompt when alcohol is scanned through tills to remind staff to check age of purchaser. 11.All due diligence refusals book kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused.
