Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 2. Children would be admitted to private functions e.g. wedding receptions, family celebrations etc provided they are accompanied by a responsible person. Unaccompanied children would not be allowed onto the licensed premises. 3. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health protection service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used, which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 4. A permanent fixed residual device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 5. Indoor sporting events shall consist of traditional pub games. 6. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 7. Noise from regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive property. 8. The DPS must take a pro-active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level and manage noise levels internally so as to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive building. 9. All ventilation outlets, which serve the licensed area, are to be installed with acoustic baffles and thereafter retained. 10. All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 11. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer. 12. The DPS will become a member of Sheffield Licence Watch and appropriate notices shall be displayed in the premises. 13. The Challenge 21 rule must be invoked at all times and posters/stickers to that effect must be clearly displayed. 14. Children are not permitted to be in the main bar after 21:00 hours or elsewhere on the premises unless attending a private function. 15. The Childrens Charter must be displayed in the premises.
