Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Children would be admitted to private functions e.g. wedding receptions, family celebrations etc provided they are accompanied by a responsible person. Unaccompanied children are not permitted onto the licensed premises. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 4. A challenge 25 scheme will operate at all times when the premises are open. 5. Children are not permitted on the premises after 21:00 hours unless attending a private function. 6. All windows and doors are to remain closed after 23:00 hours on all days, and at any time when regulated entertainment is present on the premises, except for ingress, egress and emergencies. 7. Clear signage shall be erected and maintained at each customer point advising customers to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion and to respect the local neighbours needs. 8. The DPS or a designated member of staff must take a pro-active approach to noise control, regularly checking outside the premises to ensure that noisebreakout of internal noise and noise from patrons using external areas is managed so as not to cause a nuisance to occupiers of nearby residential properties. 9. Any ventilation outlets from the function room area are to be acoustically baffled. 10. The pub will become an active member of any local Pub Watch. 11. A refusal log and incident log will be retained at the premises.
