Additional Conditions
1. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 2. When a marquee is to be erected on the premises at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the size and type of marquee to be used which should be adequate in size for its intended use and must not be used unless approved by the Authority. 3. A personal licence holder will be present on the premises whenever trading after 23:00 hours. 4. The DPS will be a member of the Sheffield Pubwatch so long as it exists. 5. Recorded music volume will be reduced to background level during the wind down period to create a mood change. 6. All windows will be kept closed after 23:00. 7. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 8. Children will only be permitted on the premises between 24:00 and 07:00 as bone fide residents in the letting bedrooms. 9. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
