Additional Conditions
Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 3. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 4. At least one member of staff working at the premises will be responsible for the proactive enforcement of the operating schedule in relation to the protection of children which will include training other staff members about relevant safeguards. The responsible staff member(s) will have knowledge of what to do and who to contact if safeguarding concerns arise. 5. The premises will liaise and co-operate with the police and participate in any Pub Watch or other equivalent scheme. 6. A proof of age policy will operate in relation to relevant licensable activities. 7. A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will operate at all times. 8. Any drinks promotions will not adversely affect the promotion of responsible drinking. 9. Children under the age of 16 must not remain on the premises (with the exception of the beer garden) after 21:00 hours. This condition will apply every day of the week from Monday through to Sunday. 10. Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner. 11. The premises will be adequately ventilated to prevent nuisance. 12. Arrangements will be made for the storage and disposal of refuse which do not cause a nuisance. 13. Any noise from the licensable activities provided will be monitored in order to prevent nuisance. 14. Only suitable entertainment will be provided when children are present. 15. No person under 18 shall be admitted to any part of the premises where adult entertainment is provided. 16. Any restrictions on the admission of children will be displayed outside the premises or relevant part thereof. 17. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
