Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises will operate as a restaurant/bar on three levels. The ground floor will be a bar. The mezzanine level a bar/waiting area for the restaurant and on the first floor a restaurant. 3. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 4. The premises will as far as the first floor is concerned, primarily operate as a restaurant with seated dining, and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease. 5. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 6. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 7. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance maintained. 8. Electrical supply for any live musicians provided through an RCD. 9. No persons under 18 to be allowed in the premises except in the restaurant and the dinning waiting/bar lounge at the middle level and for the purpose of gaining access to and from those areas and to the toilet. 10. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service.
