Additional Conditions
1.The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 2.The beer garden will be closed at or before 24:00 hours. 3.Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 4.Extractor Fans and Filter system to be cleaned and maintained regularly at least once a fortnight. 5.Anyone who appears to be under the age if 21 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. 6.Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted on the premises after 22:00 hours. 7.A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 8.When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor (20% of the capacity on a 0.4m2/person) for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 9.There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines.
