Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Illumination is provided to the exterior areas of the premises including the rear car park. 3. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 4. A burglar alarm in installed and shall be maintained on the premises. 5. The DPS will be a member of the local ‘Licence Watch’ (as long as it exists). 6. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 7. The pub will actively enforce a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs. 8. Children are only allowed in the designated dining area and must vacate the premises by 21:00 hours. 9. The designated area for children is a no smoking area. 10. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 11. All full time catering staff are to hold basic food hygiene certificates. 12. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises quietly. 13. All windows and doors are to remain closed during opening hours. 14. Children are only allowed on the premises when accompanied by an appropriate adult, this includes children in the childrens play area.
• 1. Signs will be positioned in a prominent position in the front external area and by the front doors reminding patrons that they are in a residential area and to respect the needs of local residents. 2. No alcohol is to be consumed in the front external area after 23:00 hours, 7 days per week. 3. No amplified sound is to be played in the front external area at any time. 4. Front lobby doors are to be closed, save for access and egress, at all times.
