Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Illumination is provided to the exterior areas of the premises including the rear car park. 3. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 4. A burglar alarm in installed and shall be maintained on the premises. 5. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 6. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 7. The pub will actively enforce a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs. 8. The designated area for children is a no smoking area. 9. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 10. All full time catering staff are to hold basic food hygiene certificates. 11. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises quietly. 12. Children are only allowed on the premises when accompanied by an appropriate adult, this includes children in the childrens play area. Conditions added after Variation application dated 17th May 2013 13. All doors and windows to remian closed after 23:00 hours on all days, and at any time when regulated entertainment is present on the premises, except for ingress, egress and emergencies. 14. Clear signage shall be erected and maintained in each section of the external areas advising customers to use the facilities in a quiet and orderly fashion and to respect the local neighbours' needs. 15. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro-active approach to noise control, regularly checking outside the premises to ensure that noise breakout of internal noise and noise from patrons using the external areas is managed so as not to cause a nuisance to occupiers of nearby residential properties. 16. The DPS (or his reprasentative) shall agree with the Evironmental Protection Service the volume of sound that shall be emitted from any equipment used to relay sound that is located in any external areas of the premises (with a view to ensuring that those who live in the vicinity of the premises are not subjected to a public nuisance). Any such equipment used to relay sound in the external areas of the premises shall not be used after 22:00 hours each evening.
1. Signs will be positioned in a prominent position in the front external area and by the front doors reminding patrons that they are in a residential area and to respect the needs of local residents. 2. No alcohol is to be consumed in the front external area after 23:00 hours, 7 days per week. 3. No amplified sound is to be played in the front external area at any time.
