1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. Any disorderly conduct on the premises will be notified to the police. All fire exits and escape routes on the premises to be kept clear at all times. 2. The premises will be well maintained with good lighting, ventilation and no tripping hazards. 3. First aid equipment and material is available on the premises. 4. Ensure noise levels and noxious smells from the kitchen is kept to a minimum via use of extract system with filter and silent damper. 5After 11pm, any children under the age of 12 entering the premises are to be accompanied by an adult.
