Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. Best endeavours will be employed to avoid drinks being removed from the premises other than in sealed containers. 4. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 5. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 6. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch, annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained 7. The premises will be well maintained and operated in such a manner that safety is not put at risk. 8. Sound from within the premises will be maintained at a level that does not cause a public nuisance and to continue to ensure that customers are aware of the need to respect the amenity of others when leaving the premises irrespective of the hour of the day or night. 9. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 10. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 11. A proof of age scheme requiring photographic ID is in operation.
