Additional Conditions
1. The premises will be closed no later than one hour after the end of all licensable activities. 2. All existing CCTV will be maintained and in operation. 3. The premises will participate in the local Pubwatch / Clubwatch scheme. 4. Door staff will be employed and Security Industry Authority approved. 5. Signs requesting that customers leave quietly will be displayed prominently near the exit from the premises. 6. Children under 18 will not be allowed to enter the premises. 7. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. Specific conditions converted from the Public Entertainment Licence 8. Capacity 1) The number of members of the public who may be present at any one time on the premises or in any part of such premises specified below shall not exceed: - Area Capacity The whole of the premises 1440 9. Permitted Hours (1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2) below, the days and hours during which any public entertainment specified in the licence is permitted to be held shall be as follows: - (a) Monday 11:00am until 06:00am the following day (b) Tuesday 11:00am until 06:00am the following day (c) Wednesday 11:00am until 06:00am the following day (d) Thursday 11:00am until 06:00am the following day (e) Friday 11:00am until 06:00am the following day (f) Saturday 11:00am until 06:00am the following day (g) Sunday 11:00am until 06:00am the following day (2) Where the Council is of the opinion that in order to avoid or reduce any disturbance of or annoyance to residents in the neighbourhood of the premises or the occurrence of disorderly conduct in the premises, it is desirable for the permitted hours specified in sub-paragraph (1) above to be varied, the Council may, after affording the licensee the opportunity of making representations to the Council, by notice served on the licensee vary the permitted hours and thereafter the hours specified in the notice shall apply in substitution for the hours specified in sub-paragraph (1) above. 9A. Security Staff Registration Scheme The Licensee shall only permit staff registered by he Council (under its Security Staff Registration Scheme) or licensed by the Security Industry Authority to be engaged in duties which wholly or mainly consist of: (a) deciding on the suitability of persons to be allowed on the premises and/or (b) maintaining order on the premises. Other Special Conditions 10. Minor corrosion to steel roof members should be monitored.
