Additional Conditions
1. Where CCTV is installed with recording facilities, such equipment will be maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. Notices to be displayed for zero tolerance of any abusive behaviour towards staff or members of the public who resort on the premises. Violence or threatening behaviour will result in the authorities being notified. 3. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. 4. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 5. The maximum occupancy of the building (including staff and performers) will be restricted to 200 persons. 6. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 7. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 8. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
