Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 2. Live music will be staged only in the Lounge Bar. 3. A notice will be placed prominently at the exits asking customers to leave quietly. 4. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 20 shall require photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 5. All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 6. A Colour CCTV system shall be installed at the premises to the specification and satisfaction of South Yorkshire Police and will be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. This should cover both internal and external areas of the premises, in particular the courtyard area. The CCTV images will be stored for a minimum of 30 days. Police will be given access to and may take custody of images or take copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. This must be in stalled to the satisfaction of the Local Crime Reduction Officer prior to the premises re-opening. 7. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 8. New floor finishes in public areas and thoroughfares shall be of a suitable, non slip surface. 9. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises in respect of the electrical certificate and floor finishes and are satisfied that these items have bee suitably addressed in accordance with service requirements. 10. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using all external areas and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 11. The new proposed summer doors in the lounge area shall be permanently closed when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 12. All ventilation outlets, which serve the licensed area, are to be installed with acoustic baffles and thereafter retained. 13. An internal acoustic door is to be installed in the corridor leading to the toilets, to create a lobby to the rear fire door exit. Details and location are to be submitted in a layout plan following consultation and approval by the Environmental Protection Service. 14. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines.
1. A permanent fixed residual current device to be installed to protect the electrical power supply serving amplified music equipment. 2. At least fourteen days notice being given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority when dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, and for the area to be used to be identified and to be adequate in size for its intended used as a designated dance floor, and that dancing should not take place in that area unless it has been approved by the Local Authority
