Additional Conditions
1. To provide Illumination to the exterior areas of the pub. 2. Burglar alarm system in place. 3. Member of the local Pub Watch scheme as long as it remains 4. Under 21 proof of age scheme in operation 5. Notices to be displayed for zero tolerance on drugs. 6. To provide mechanical extraction in both bars. 7. First aid equipment and material is available on the premises. 8. Downstairs windows are kept closed during opening hours. 9. No unaccompanied children are allowed. Accompanied children must be off the premises by 20:00 hours. 10. No striptease, no nudity 11. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environmental and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority.
Conditions imposed at the Licensing Committee hearing held on the 31st July 2012. 1. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting that the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 2. The lobby doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 3. The consumption of alcohol in the external area is to cease at 23:00 hours seven days per week. 4. Drinking vessels are to be prevented from being taken onto the dance floor.
