Additional Conditions
1. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 2. The premises shall prohibit striptease, nudity, and restricted films. 3. Children under the age of 16 should be off the premises by 21:00 hours, unless accompanied by an adult attending a pre-booked function, or, attending a pre-booked under 18 event with no alcohol available. 4. The outside drinking area will be clearly restricted to the in-house area. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 6. The Challenge 21 scheme must be operated by door and bar staff. 7. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
