Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises save for the use of authorised AWP machines. 2. The DPS will be a member of the local pub watch scheme. 3. Sound levels will be monitored and the volume adjusted accordingly. 4. Kitchen extract and pub ventilation systems regularly cleaned and maintained. 5. Notices will be displayed at exits asking customers to leave quietly, additionally if a disc jockey is used on any night then he/she will also ask customers to leave quietly. 6.The pub operates the Portman Group Prove It and the Challenge 21 proof of age schemes. 7.All children must vacate the premises by 21:00. 8.Children must be accompanied by an adult and must not approach the bar or use any of the gaming machines. 9.When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be adequate in size for its intended use as a designated dance floor (20% of the capacity on a 04.m2/person) and dancing must not take place in that area unless authorised by the Authority.
