Additional Conditions
1. Children are not permitted on the premises without adult supervision. 2. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 3. There shall be no sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises except in sealed vessels. 4. Tables and chairs shall be provided at the premises to provide seating for a minimum of 40% of the maximum capacity fixed by the Fire Officer and Health Protection Service. 5. Food will be made available throughout permitted hours. 6. All staff will be given comprehensive training in all Health and Safety matters, the training will be kept constantly updated. 7. All relevant risk assessments will be conducted on a regular basis with all reports being kept on file. 8. The applicant shall liase with the Health Protection Service in respect of the layout of the premises. 9. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall be suitable non-slip finishes. 10. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 11. Amplified sound or live music shall only be played within the building in such a way that noise breakout to the street does not exceed: (i) background noise levels by more than 3 dBA when measured as a 15 minute Leq (ii) any octave band centre frequency by more than 3 dB when measured as 15 minute Leq. 12. No amplified sound shall be played within the building except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter, the settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 13. Except for customer access and egress, all windows and doors are to remain closed during the performance of regulated entertainment. 14. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
