Additional Conditions
1. A full Colour CCTV system is installed and will be maintained with recording facilities such recordings shall be retained for a period of 30 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the Police. 2. The use of door staff will be risk assessed by the management and the use of door staff will be at the discretion of the management. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 14. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used, The designated dance floor should be delineated, suitable and adequate in size for its intended use and dancing must not take place in the area until approved by the authority.
1. Children under the age of 16 should be off the premises by 19:30 hours every evening. 2. The emptying of bottle bins will not take place at the end of trading when the premises trades after 12 midnight. Bottle bins shall mot be emptied until after 13:00 hours on any day of the week.
