1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. Annex 2 Conditions consistent with the operating schedule 2.A registered proof of age policy is in place. 3.The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 4.All fire equipment must be serviced on a yearly basis. 5.Emergency lighting and illuminated exit signage is to be maintained on the premises 6.Children are not allowed on the premises during alcohol licensed times. 7.A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 8. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order and operated when the premises are trading.
