Additional Conditions
1. The applicant shall carry out full consultation with the Sheffield City Councils Health Protection Service throughout the planning of the internal area of the premises so as to ensure the premises complies with the Sheffield City Councils Policy and Guidance as issued under the Licensing Act 2003. 2. The premises licence shall not become effective until the premises has been inspected by a representative of Sheffield City Councils Health Protection Service. 3. The premises will primarily operate as a restaurant with seated dining, and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease. 4. No persons under the age of 18 years to be on the premises unless accompanied by an adult, and off the premises by 8:30pm, unless attending a pre-booked function. 5. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 6. The part of the premises subject to the alteration is not to be traded, until it has been inspected by all authorities, and is found to be satisfactory. 7. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 8. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service Officer.
