Notice must be given for any proposed major events (capacity exceeding 499 person at any one time) within the surrounding land as identified on the site plan meadowhall ( drawing number:E001, dated 20/05/2009) under this licence in writing to South Yorkshire Police Licensing Department, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service and Environment and Regulatory Services if possible at least six weeks in advance of the start date of any such event, or in any case a period of time to give adequate notice to allow suitable and sufficient comment to be made. All other licensable events (excluding the Meadowhall motor show) under this licence with capacity less than 500 people, at least 14 days notice should be given. 5. A suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment should be provided to cover each event to be stag 6. All licensable events in the two area of the surrounding land (overspill car park/coach park) go through Meadowhall Centre Safety Officer OR Meadowhall management representative for the detailed events application procedure before permission for use of the site is granted. 7. Risk assessment and other event specific information including stewarding and policing proposals will be discussed at event planning meetings between the licensee (or representatives) and responsible authorities where appropriate.
