1)Any disorderly conduct on the premises will be notified to the police. 2)The premises will be well maintained with good lighting, ventilation and no tripping hazards. 3)Gas equipment to be maintained and serviced on a regular basis 4)All electrical appliances must be serviced on a yearly basis. 5)All fire equipment must be serviced on a yearly basis. 6)Certificates relating to these inspections must be kept on the premises and made available to council officers as appropriate. 7)The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to remove and dispose of any litter outside the premises originating from their business. 8)Children will be supervised on the premises at all times. 9)Internal and external CCTV system will be installed at the premises by 6th January 2009. 10) A bin will be installed outside the premises by 6th January 2009. 11)Loud and unruly behaviour will result in the refusal of service and ejection from the premises. 12) There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
1.A self-closing, sound reducing external door be fitted to the premises within 28 days of the variation being authorised; 2.A colour CCTV system to cover the area inside and outside the premises, to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police and Authorised Officers of the Council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder 3.The Premises Licence Holder shall become a member of Licence Watch and regularly attend meetings.
