Additional Conditions
1.A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 2.Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed fro the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external provided for that purpose. 3.The premise is currently covered by the council CCTV in the area. 4.The premises will operate a proof of age scheme with accepted forms of identification. 5.The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 6.The premises will operate as a restaurant with occasional sale of alcohol to non-diners. 7.The premises shall have adequate fire fighting equipment on site and all staff will be trained on emergency procedures. 8.Fire exits will be subject to regular checks to ensure that they are unobstructed on order to allow safe egress from the premises in the event of an emergency. 9.Children under the age of 16 shall not enter the premises unless accompanied by an adult. 10.A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided. 11.New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 12.When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory services (Health protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used, which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority. 13.The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises with regard to matters raised during the consultation period and are satisfied that these items have been appropriately addressed in accordance with service requirements. 14. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
