1. A Colour CCTV system with recording facilities is installed and should be maintained. The recordings shall be retained for a reasonable period and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the police. 2. A refusal book will be kept and maintained in relation to attempted purchases by persons without suitable identification. 3. The premises supervisor shall be a member of licence watch where such a scheme operates in the area. 4. Photographic identification will be required for persons appearing to be under the age of 18 years and appropriate signage will be displayed at the premises. 5. The premises will operate a photo-identification proof of age scheme. 6. Liquor will be positioned in areas affording good supervision and ease of accessibility. 7. The DPS / Licensee will nominate a member of staff to ensure that bottles and litter are cleared from the front of the premises at regular intervals. 8. The emergency lighting system should be either of the one hour maintained type, or the one-hour non-maintained type.
