Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Anyone who appears to be under the age if 21 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. 3. The car parks are covered by CCTV and have a security barrier in place. 4. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 5. Signs will be displayed requesting customers leave the premises quietly. 6. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an appropriate adult. Such persons must be off the premises by 22:00 hours unless attending a pre-arranged function. 7. All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an appropriate adult. 8. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority.
1. There are to be no more than 30 public entertainment events per year, a record being kept by the licence holder and available to be viewed by South Yorkshire Police and authorized officers of the council.
