1. The premises will primarily operate as a restaurant with seated dining and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease. 2. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 3. The premises will operate in a restaurant style that shall be primarily for the consumption of table meals, with seating and tables for dining and food available throughout permitted hours. 4. The DPS, or some other such person, should be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 5. Children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult after 7pm. 6. A proof of age scheme will be in place.
