Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A colour CCTV system to the reasonable specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images from cameras covering each of the entrance reception areas, external cameras covering the exits and bar areas will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to and copies of images in accordance with the Information commissioner's CCTV Code of Practice for purposes in connection with the prevention of crime and disorder. 3. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the relevant authorities and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Prior to the premises being operational any reasonable requirements of the relevant authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that premises are suitable for their intended use. 4. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 5. The premises will operate primarily as a Casino, and the licence will lapse if the style of operation moves away from this. 6. The premises licence holder will comply with building regulations in the construction of the premises. 7. Prior to the premises being operational any reasonable requirements of the relevant authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that premises are suitable for their intended use. 8. When regulated entertainment is provided on the premises all windows and doors shall be kept closed save for access and egress. 9. Prominent, clear and legible notices will be displayed near to the exits of the premises requesting Patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner. 10. Recorded music and amplified live music shall only be played through an amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter set within the limits agreed with the Environmental Protection Section.
