1. CCTV being maintained at the premises in accordance with the minimum standard specified by the South Yorkshire Police at positions to be agreed with the Police, the images being stored for 28 days or such lesser period of time which is acceptable to the South Yorkshire Police, the equipment being maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. The police (or an Authorised Officer of the Council) being given access to the images for the purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder and the applicant liasing with the Police to ensure that the tapes are suitable for immediate viewing. 2. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 4. To comply with the schedule of works submitted by the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service to the specification of the Chief Fire Officer. 5. A record of refusals must be maintained in a book, which is available for inspection, by the relevant authorities. 6. A revised Plan being submitted to the Chief Licensing Officer, showing the new layout of the premises and the location of CCTV. 7. Signs being displayed at the entrance, exit and point of sale stating that no persons under 18 years of age will be served alcohol, the wording to be agreed by the Chief Licensing Officer.
