Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
1. No Licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use.
2. This licence shall lapse if the premises are not operated as Bradfield Village Hall, under the direction and control of Bradfield Village Fellowship Committee, in accordance with terms of the Ibbotson Memorial Field Trust.
3. Intoxicating liquor will only be sold or supplied to persons who are attending pre-booked functions, with knowledge and approval of the Bradfield Village Fellowship Committee.
4. Alcohol will not be consumed on the premises later than 60 minutes after alcohol sales cease, and inn any event not later than 01:30 hours.
5. There shall be no off sales, except for pre-arranged functions when drinks are to be consumed within the confined of the Ibbotson Memorial Field.
6. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority.
7. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purposes of live music.
8. No amplified sound or live music shall be played, nor shall loudspeakers be placed at any time outside the premises after 20:00 hours, seven days a week.
9. All windows and doors are to be kept closed after 22:00 except for access and egress, when amplified music is present in the premises.
10. Noise should be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive property after 23:00 hours, from any regulated entertainment, seven days a week.
11. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer.
12. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
