The 10 camera CCTV system currently in place shall be maintained and operative during opening hours. 3. Shift supervisors shall be trained on excluding disruptive customers and serving drunks. 4. Risk assessments shall be maintained and updated on a regular basis. 5. There shall be a regular litter patrol of the premises, both internal and external. 6. The premises is to have a trained first aider on site.
