Additional Conditions

• 1. The DPS will be a member of the Sheffield “Pubwatch” so long as it exists. 2. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that members and guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 3. All windows will be kept closed after 22:00 during live/recorded music. 4. The garden will be closed at or before 23:30. 5. Kitchen extract filters will be cleaned at least once a month to minimise the impact of cooking smells to the surrounding neighbours. 6. Photographic proof of age is requested. To be shown by anyone seeking to purchase alcohol that appears to be under 21 years of age. 7. No children under 16 shall be allowed inside the premises after 21:00 except for private functions. 8. Recorded music other than jukebox will end at 23:30 (00:30 on Friday, Saturday and Bank Holidays). 9. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 10. The designated premises supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for children’s issues at the premises. 11. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
