Additional Conditions

1) Any proposed major event (capacity exceeding 499 persons at any one time) under this licence must be informed in writing to South Yorkshire Police Licensing Department, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, and Environment and Regulatory Services at least six weeks in advance of the start date of any such event. All other events under this licence with capacity less than 500 people, at least 14 days notice will be given. 2) All major events shall go through a detailed events application procedure before permission for use of the site is granted. 3) The licensed activity shall be conducted in accordance with a suitable and sufficient site specific Health and Safety plan. The plan shall incorporate risk assessments and other measures including stewarding, police presence, information, site plan and time schedule. Any event planning meetings with the police and other organisations must be included. 4) A site inspection may be undertaken before the licensed activity takes place and the activity shall not proceed unless the responsible authority is satisfied with the provisions made for the event. 5) Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are open to the public. 6) The premises has a Health & Safety policy in place including fire procedures, full working fire alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems. 7) Visitors have to sign in and out and for performances are escorted to school hall. 8) All staff, volunteers and anyone who is involved with students are CRB checked.
