Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The digital colour CCTV system shall be maintained at the premises and shall be operational at all times when the premsies are open to the public. Images will be retained for a minimum of 30 days and copies made avaiable to the police or local authority on request. The DPS or his nominee shall become a member of and participate in the in the local pubwatch scheme (or equivalent). 3. Sales for comsiumption off the premises shall be in sealed bottles or containers only. 4. A Fire Safety risk assessment shall be carried out from time to time and the findings implemented. 5. There shall be no external lound speakers or music. Background music to be played only. 6. The licence holder and management shall take a proactive approach to noise control and where appropriate shall monitor sound levels inside and carry out patrols outside the premises to ensure, so far as possible, that noise levels do not cause noise nuisance to local residents or businesses. 7. The licence holder will ensure that any litter in the immediate vicinity of the premsies is cleared on a daily basis. 8. The premises will operate a recognised proof of age scheme and Think 21 and all staff involved in the sale of alcohol will receive training accordingly. 9. No persons under the age of 18 shall be permitted in the bar area after 20.00 on any day. 10. In the antipasto bar substanstial food will be available throughtout permitted hours. 11. Save for sales authorised under condition 3 in the areas marked restaurant on the deposited plan intoxicating liquor shall only be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises to persons taking table meals and for consumption by shich person as an ancillary to his/her meal. 12. The use of the terrace for eating, drinking or waiting for a table in the interior shall cease by 21.00 hours and all chairs and tables shall be removed by 21;15 hours. 13. The glass bins will not be empited between the hours of 10pm and 8.30am Monday to Saturday and 10pm and 9am Sunday and Bank Holidays.
