Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Alcohol may only be purchased by a member. 3. Staff monitor the entrance and exit at all times during opening hours. 4. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 5. Members must be 18, proof of identification is checked when joining. 6. The premises will primarily operate as a wholesale membership warehouse, with occasional consumption on the premises for promotion purposes only. 7. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by South Yorkshire Police& Sheffield City Council Health protection service, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 8. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained.
