Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. The premises will primarily operate as a restaurant with seated dining, and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease. 4. Any outside drinking area to have clear de-markation and not be used after 11pm on any night and when in use, will be monitored by a designated member of staff. 5. No persons under the age of 18 years to be on premises after 8pm, unless dining with an adult, or attending a pre-booked function. 6. Except for customers drinking whilst within the outside licensed area of the premises. 7. All other persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 8. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the South Yorkshire Police, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 9. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 10. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 11. The applicant will give notice to the responsible authority of the intended opening date and will not trade for business until the responsible authorities have inspected and are satisfied with the condition of the premises. 12. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 13. There will be sufficient lighting internally and externally. 14. Any person exercising a security activity (as defined by paragraph 2 (1) (a) of schedule 2 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001) shall be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. 15. There will be a supply of adequate litterbins with clear signage that will be regularly emptied that will be vermin proof. 16. There will be provision of secure facilities for empty glass containers. 17. Children will only be permitted onto the premises when accompanied by an adult. 18. Any person who appears to be under 18 attempting to purchase alcohol must produce acceptable ID or a proof of age card.
