Additional Conditions
1. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection if crime and disorder. 2. The premises will primarily operate as a restaurant with seated dining, and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease. 3. No children allowed on the premises after 7pm, unless dining with an adult or attending a pre-booked function. 4. No persons under the age of 18 years to be on premises after 9pm, unless dining with an adult, or attending a pre-booked function. 5. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 6. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the South Yorkshire Police, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 7. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 8. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment for live entertainment. 9. The applicant will give notice to the Responsible Authorities of the intended opening date and no licensable activities will take place until the premises has been inspected to a satisfactory conclusion, where the applicant will comply with reasonable requirements of the Authorities.
