Additional Conditions
1. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire Service. 2. To have door supervisors that are registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and to be used on busy evenings. 3. Existing CCTV cameras to be maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open, inside and outside the premises. 4. To acquire a suitable number of radio sets for that premises and take the CCRAC Radio Scheme into use at all times when trading. 5. A risk assessment to be carried out regularly and implemented. 6. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 8.Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted after 21:00 hours. When children are at the premises they must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult and dining, or attending a private, pre-booked family type function. 9.Persons under the age of 18 years are restricted to the designated family areas . 10. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 11.The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 12.No regulated entertainment shall be played except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter. The settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 13.The premises license holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quite and orderly fashion to respect the local neighboursÂ’ needs. 14.All ventilation outlets, which serve the licensed area, are to be acoustically baffled and there after retained. 15.The venue door supervisors or a designated member of staff is to patrol and control any noise nuisance emanating from patrons outside the building and any people, in close proximity, wishing to enter the premises. 16.The emptying of waste bottle bins shall not be carried out between the hours of 2300 to 0700 hours Monday to Saturday and 2300 hours to 0900 hours Sundays and Public Holidays. 17.Acoustic seals shall be fitted and maintained at all times to all designated fire doors and frames within the premises to the satisfaction of the City Council. 18. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines.
