Additional Conditions

• 1. On sales are to be made only to a member of the club who has been a member of the club for 2 days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least 2 days before admission and/or to bona fide guests of such a members entertained by them at the member at the member's expense or persons attending a bona fide pre-booked function in the function room area, as shown on the deposited plans. 2. A list of names and addresses of all members will be kept at the club premises and shall be produced on demand to a Police Constable in uniform. 3. There will be no irresponsible drink promotions. 4. Notices will be displayed requesting patrons to leave the premises and surrounding area quietly. 5. Anyone appearing to be under the age of 21 will be asked to produce proof of age. 6. The Designated Premises Supervisor or some other such person will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for children’s issues at the premises. 7. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 8. The premises will primarily operate as a snooker club, with additional music events and/or pre-booked functions in the function room area, as shown on the plans deposited. 9. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 10. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 11. No person under the age of 16 will be allowed in the function room area after 21:00 hours, save for those attending a bona fide pre-booked family orientated function. 12. All pre-booked functions must have a nominated children’s safeguard on site for the duration of the event 13. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 14. The variation to the premises licence will not come into effect until the electrical circuits serving the function room have been examined and tested in accordance with the current edition of the Institute of Electrical Engineers Regulations by a competent electrician. A certificate of the tests carried out including conclusions must be sent to the Health Protection Service as soon as possible. 15. The variation to the premises licence will not come into effect until additional ventilation, as agreed with the Health Protection Service, is installed and is working correctly. 16. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises has been inspected by the relevant authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 17. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
