Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. Outdoor music shall only be of an acoustic nature. 3. The Premises Licence will not come into effect until the flooring to the premises has been treated, so as to increase its slip-resistance, and subsequently inspected by the Health Protection Service. 4.A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music used for the purpose of live music. 5.The capacity of the licensed area will not exceed 50 persons. 6.A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. The CCTV will include the outside courtyard area. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for the purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 7. The premises will primarily operate as a café with seated dining, and facilities for occasional consumption for alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease. 8. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 9. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the South Yorkshire Police and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 10. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of the Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 11. A suitably qualified person who is the holder of a Personal Licence should be nominated and give their consent to being the Designated Premises Supervisor. 12. Premises Licence Holder must comply with the requirements of the Fire Officer: 13. Children under the age of 18 will not be allowed after 8pm unless dining or attending a private pre-arranged function. 14. There will be no gaming machines, gambling, nudity or semi nudity or films for restricted age groups. 15. A lead safeguard for children’s issues will be assigned at the premises. 16. Signs will be displayed requesting patrons to leave the premises quietly and ensure that music levels do not offend any neighbours. 17. A risk assessment will be undertaken and reviewed periodically.
