Additional Conditions
1) A colour CCTV system shall be installed at the premises to the specification and satisfaction of South Yorkshire Police, and will be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for a minimum of 30 days, and must be made available to an authorised Officer of the Council, on production of an appropriate written authorisation. Police will be given access to and may take custody of the images or take copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2) The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 3) No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by South Yorkshire Police, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 4) Children under 16 years of age to be accompanied by an adult at all times. 5) To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire Service. 6) The premises will primarily operate as a takeaway and restaurant with seating dining and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available throughout permitted hours. 7) The premises will operate a challenge 21 proof of age scheme.
