Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Any proposed major event (capacity exceeding 499 persons at any one time) under this licence must be informed in writing to South Yorkshire Police Licensing Department, South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service and the Health Protection Service at least six weeks in advance of the start date of any such event. All other events under this licence with capacity less than 500 people, at least 14 days notice will be given. 3. The licensed activity event shall be conducted in accordance with a suitable and sufficient site specific safety plan. The plan shall incorporate risk assessments and other measures including stewarding, police presence, information, site plan and time schedule. Any event planning meetings with the police and other organisations must be included. 4. The electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live music and DJ must be protected by a residual current device (RCD). Where the supply is within buildings it must be permanently fixed. 5. A site inspection may be undertaken before the licensed activity takes place and the activity shall not proceed unless the responsible authority is satisfied with the provisions made for the event.
