Additional Conditions
1. The Premises Licence Holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbors needs. 2. The Premises Licence Holder must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive building. 3. Noise and vibration from regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive property. 4. All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 6. Active promotion of the Portman Group Scheme. 7. Any children on the premises are required to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 8. Any alcohol products will be displayed on high shelf area. 9. Any alcohol products will be ancillary to other product ranges.
