Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention of Crime and Disorder. 3. People will only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers save for consumption in any external drinking area. 4. Customers will be encouraged not to make excessive noise in the outdoor drinking area and when leaving the premises al all times. 5. The Challenge 21 Scheme will be adopted and used in the premises. 6. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted on the premises after 22:00 hours unless accompanied by an adult and dining, or attending a prebooked family function. 7. The use of door supervisors will be risk assessed on an event by event basis. Where engaged, door staff shall be licensed by the SIA. 8. The Designated Premises Supervisor must take a proactive approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive building. 9. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting that the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 10. The first floor will be mainly a restaurant-style operation with tables and dining provision with ancillary drinking of alcohol, save for Dining Area 2, as per revised plan dated 10th June 2014. 11. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electric supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music.
