Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Substantial food and non-intoxicating beverages (including drinking water) shall be available throughout the permitted hours in all parts of the premises where intoxicants are provided. 3. The premises will primarily operate as a restaurant with seated dining, and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease. 4. A colour CCTV system shall be installed at the premises to the specification and satisfaction of South Yorkshire Police, and will be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for a minimum of 30 days, and must be made available to an authorised Office of the Council, on production of an appropriate written authorisation. Police will be given access to and may take custody of the images or take copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 5. Children under the age of 18 should be off the premises by 22:00 hours, unless accompanied by an adult and dining, or attending a pre-booked function. 6. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 7. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 8. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the South Yorkshire Police, South Yorkshire Fire Service and Environmental Health, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 9. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the fire officer. 10. Alcohol shall be supplied only to persons seated at a table or a bar counter by waiter and waitress service. 11. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in an quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 12. Noise and vibration from regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive property. 13. The DPS must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive building. 14. All ventilation outlets, which serve the licensed area, are to be installed with acoustic baffles and thereafter retained. 15. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 16. New floor finishes in public areas and thoroughfares shall be a suitable non-slip finish. 17. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the premises has been inspected by the Health Protection Service in respect of the new floor surfaces and the electrical certificate and that these have suitably addressed in respect of service requirements.
