Additional Conditions
1. All staff will be properly trained for their roles and records of said training maintained. 2. Ensure that glassware or open containers do not leave the premises or any external seating areas. 3. Regular checks of safety equipment and fire escape must be carried out 4. Adequate numbers of staff must be provided to ensure public comfort and safety. 5. Staff must be trained in relation to the legal requirements of children within licensed premises and must include proof of age evidence. 6. The licence holder will meet the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 7. The Premises Licence Holder will give notice to the Fire Service of the intended opening date and will not trade for business until the Fire Service have inspected the premises or (if they choose not to inspect) have indicated in writing that they are satisfied the premises are fit to be used for licensable activity. 8. No amplified sound shall be played except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter, the settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 9. The Premises Licence Holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighboursÂ’ needs. 10. The Premises Licence Holder should ensure that a pro-active approach is taken in respect of noise control, and that there is in place a system whereby the outside area is checked to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level and that noise levels are managed internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive building. 11. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. .
