Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. All events in Parks and Countryside will go through a detailed events application procedure before permission for use of the site is granted. 3. Risk Assessment will be undertaken and other prevention measures including stewards, police presence, information management plans will be used. Event planning meetings with police and other responsible authorities will be held. 4. Stewards and Personnel will be CRB checked and a risk assessment carried out. 5. A Lost Children Point will be provided. 6. Premises Licence Holder will abide by Sheffield City Council’s Child Protection Policy. 7. Notice must be given for any proposed major events (capacity exceeding 499 persons at any one time) under this licence in writing to South Yorkshire Police Licensing Department, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service and Environment and Regulatory Service if possible at least six weeks in advance of the start date of any such event, or in any case a period of time to give adequate notice to allow suitable and sufficient comment to be made. All other licensable events under this licence with a capacity less than 499 people, at least 14 days notice should be given. 8. Risk assessments and other specific information including stewarding and policing proposals will be discussed at event planning meetings between the licensee (or representatives) and responsible authorities where appropriate.
